A silver open face men’s pocket watch, hallmarked for Silver Birmingham 1912. The pocket watch is complete with a silver-coloured chain.
Dial: The white enamel dial has black Roman numerals with outer minute divisions. The dial has nice blued hands and a subsidiary second’s dial at the six. There is a chip between the ten and eleven.
Movement: The anchor lever movement is fully screwed and has a swan regulator. The high-quality Swiss movement is in good working condition; however, we cannot guarantee accuracy for an antique pocket watch. The movement is signed: “17 Jewels, 4 adjustments, Swiss Made” and numbered: 931333.
Case: The pocket watch lies in a silver ALD case with a rubbed engine turned finish and a monogram free cartouche. The inner side of the case is hallmarked for Silver Birmingham 1912. The cuvette and inner side of the case are both stamped ALD and numbered: 138415. The inner side of the cuvette is signed: Dennison Watch Co.
